Aluminium Joinery

Window sill rot, we have recently applied silicon over the area, however the water is still getting in. We dont want the exspense job, just one that will keep sill and house dry. Maybe the seals? Also the ranchsliding door has condensation on the windows, however may not be a mayor just wanting someone to look at that also.
