The glass in one of our doors has come loose. There are two loose panes, both single-glazed. The glass is still intact but it is loose because the wooden trim is falling out. We would like the glass to be secured. The door opens outwards on the second storey. It is possible to reach the door fairly easily from the outside from a ladder placed on the near-flat roof of the adjacent garage.
