Replace timber window sills x2 plus other repairs
Job description
Repairs to timber windows in Taita as follows: There's two rotten sills that I have dug out, one entirely and one about 60%. There's also one window which is badly rotted in two corners (which I have dug out), a pane of glass that needs replacing and a sticky frame/hinge that needs planing. If you could also double check the other windows, and patch up as required. I'm pretty sure I've found most of the rot. You can access the property at any time, it's vacant and there's a key box if you need access inside the house. I'm keen for the quote and work to be done as soon as you are able to. Tenants moving in on 20th May.
