Cat Flap Installation - Double Glazing

We are wanting a microchip cat flap installed into our new build house. The window the flap will go in is 84cmHx41cmL. It is double glazed so we understand the window needs replacing to do this. It is a Williams Corp townhouse. I don't have a picture of our window but have attached a photo of a house that is the same that shows the window we are wanting the flap installed into.
