Removal of sanding scratches from windows

When I first moved into my house 15 yrs ago there was a lot of white paint on native wood. My DIY skills have improved a lot over the years, but when I started my sanding skills weren’t great & there is quite a lot of glass scratching in one room. I am selling my house in a few weeks & would like to get rid of the scratches as much as possible
