100 year old bungalow. Needs glass replaced with something that is more likely to retain heat in winter, and keep the inside of the house cooler in summer. Product advice would be welcome. Most need the putty to be redone, and some of the wooden joinery may need a bit of TLC. They also need to be prepped, and then painted with primer, undercoat, and topcoat (or two topcoats - what ever is deemed necessary). There are 12 windows: one is a three-sided bay of five panes, and small lead-lights over them. ,Three windows have three large sections with lead lights over them, Four have two panes and two lead-lights; one has two panes without lead-lights, and another just a single pane. The final one is a small lead-light window only. I'd like the work done as soon as possible...but I am reasonable (I know Christmas is upon us).
