Window replacement

Our toilet has louvre windows (wooden frame)and the tenant is complaining it is cold. We would like to put in a a window that can still open but is not a louvre. Can be wooden or aluminium frame. We think the house was built so that the laundry, toilet and bathroom is one big window if that makes sense??
