Rotted Window Frame Save

We have a bedroom window that we opened and couldn't shut again because the bottom of it on the exterior had rotted and a piece of metal is pertruding out the side not allowing us to shut the window. Is there anyone in the Far North who is able to replace or fix a wooden framed window? The photos show the style of the window.
