A window at our house at 4 Queens Drive, currently occupied by my daughter, fell off went she went to open it, due to the hinge screws pulling out from the wooden window frame. The glass is cracked but not displaced. So we need a new pane of glass inserted and the window itself, reattached to the house. Thanks
