Rot - Timber Windows

Wanting pricing/options for fixing two timbers window with rot. One is double hung and the bottom timber piece has come away from the glass. the second window is hinged but again the timber is coming away from the bottom right corner. The top hinge has rusted and come apart from the frame, likely due to more rot. Have been suggested the second window may just be cheaper/easier to find a second hand window of the same/close measurements.
