Cat door/window fitting

I'm after a quote for a large size cat door in a double glazed window. I'm aware this will require a new window to be installed. The cat door is a microchip door that I already have and will install this myself. I will however require the installation of the window to be done by your staff. The frame where it is going measures: 520mm wide x 545mm high. The diameter of the hole needs to be 300mm. The centre of the hole needs to be 220mm from bottom of frame and 260mm from either side. (I've attached a drawing to make my ramblings clearer haha) As the cat door has a microchip in it, it requires a non-metallic spacer.
