Replacement of small louvre window and external door.

I'd like to replace a small window in the toilet which has louvres fixed in an open position with something that can be opened and closed as required. The current window is timber framed with the louvre section above a patterned glass pane (see photo). Louvre section is 30x34cm in a frame with a patterned glass pane of 30x64cm below. I'd also like the external back door replaced as it currently has a large dog flap in it which is no longer required (see photo).
