Replacement window, aluminium with wooden reveals, to be installed in the original opening in 1960's concrete block state house. Original fixed wooden framed window to be removed at time of new installation. NB. Owner will remove internal architraves prior to job date and will dispose of old window if tradie has no use for it. New architrave material will be available on site. Dimensions approx 770 x 1480, double glazed/awning. Window quote accepted and ready to order (upon measurement verification). Delivery expected around mid December so hope to have installed by mid January or earlier if possible.

Warren and his friend kept to his very reasonable quoted cost for replacing a window, even though the work took a little longer than expected. It's an old house and old rimu is harder to work with than new timber. They did a fair enough job according to the price. Warren was going to get back to me about another job, but I haven't heard anything for a couple of months. Perhaps he has been too busy.
