Quote for a replacement aluminium bay window

A window in our main bedroom, has suffered water damaged and is believed to be rotting where the wood mets. The sills are becoming quite soft and we need to see the costs involved to either replacing the whole window and frames etc or trying to repair the framing that is rotting and soft. The window is retro double glazed at the moment but obviously isn’t really doing the best job.
