Tidy work, and easy tradesman to deal with. Note that the invoice is expected to be paid on the day of completion. This is a little tricky if you are out for the evening, some leniency here would be appreciated

"Thank you but since we have Ts & Cs that you have access to before you agree to going ahead with the quoted work, we think it very fair to paid on day of completion. We have overheads to cover each week and with easy access to bank accounts, a click and a swipe away, its not very difficult to pay anyone. If you went for dinner at a restaurant you'd be expected to pay on completion of your meal, not the following day. Cheers MJ"
