New glass in toilet window
Job description
I accidentally cracked the glass in our toilet's aluminium frosted window while screwing on a safety chain, and now I need to replace the glass. The dimensions of the inside of the frame are 87cm x 37cm, though the glass will need to be slightly larger than that. See photos.

The work was completed promptly and it looked good. Unfortunately a week later the catch fell off. This probably wasn't directly the glaziers doing but it should have been obvious that when he removed the catch (to insert the glass) that the screw was unlikely to hold when he fixed the screw back in. We would have appreciated being told and paying extra for his time and a replacement screw rather than having to get another tradesman to fix it a week later.
