Internal Garage to Bedroom Conversion
Job description
Convert a 6x3m internal access garage into a bedroom. There is a step down from the house onto the garage's concrete pad. The floor in the garage needs to be raised, insulated and carpeted to the level of the house. Garage door removed, sold and replaced with an aluminium window frame unit. The house is a unit. I own both units so building/resource/planning consent (whichever is needed) shouldn't be a problem. One wall of the garage is the firewall between the two units. Evidence of the garage door on the ceiling and walls needs to be hidden. Doors and cupboards installed as per images.
