Glass pane replacements

The middle window pane of our kitchen door needs replacement after being broken through. It is currently boarded up, glass needs removal first. If a matching frosted pane can be found, good, otherwise just a clear glass replacement is fine. Also, an internal sliding door needs two replacement glass panels.
