Hinge replacement & resetting of windows in frames

1. No. 15 opening timber windows o be removed from frames 2. Hinges to be replaced (note each windows has two hinges, many of these are currently quite rusted) 3. Windows to be reset into frames (note: 7 of these windows are currently very sticky within frames). Methodology to undertake this work will need discussion with owner, including any repainting needed 4. Back patio French doors (off bedroom) to be reset into frame (note: currently hard to close) 5. 3-4 other rotten boards around window frames to be replaced (and painted)
