Villa - Window & frame replacement

We are transforming a bedroom in our 1905 Villa into a walk-in wardrobe with a ensuite which faces outside. As the old bedroom window will now be in the new ensuite, the original window needs to be replaced. It is the original style with weights to open the bottom half. The new window needs to be frosted on the bottom half for privacy and be able to open the top half. Glass must be safety glass in accordance with AS/NZS 2208. Keen to hear what options we have.
