Replace wood around windows
Job description
I have a 1948 2 bedroom house (still small 88sqm). Some of the window frames have pockets of soft wood. I would like first, to get someone to gauge the condition of all the windows and then a quote on the replacement of these sections.

Great job, and very happy with the results. David is very meticulous and exact and as a result produces high quality workmanship. I had 3 windows pulled out, and replaced, and David was also good enough to source weatherboards for those that needed replacing, even those not directly associated with the windows. It took quite a bit longer than the original estimate but a good portion of that was weather dependent.

"Cost for the windows was as quoted but I replaced some other weatherboards as agreed.
It's difficult to communicate a definite schedule to a customer when the weather is unsettled; removing a window on a windy wet day helps no-one and I cannot control the weather no matter how much I'd like to. It's in my interest to complete your job with as little mess and fuss as possible."
