60's Unit retrofit: 2x Bedrooms (possibly more)

All window frames are slowly rotting and ultimately need replacing. We definitely want to start with the 2x bedrooms (4 windows in total) and possibly the kitchen (as it already has 1x broken window) though bathroom, toilet and the entire north face of living room will ltimately need replacing (rot found in the latter framework). *Bedrooms both have one double and one single frame abutting one another in corner (se photos) Measurements (approx): Double - 1750mm wide (jamb to jamb) x 1150mm (sill to head jamb) Single - 840mm x 1150 We have a budget to spend on windows at this point, quantities of windows included depending on quote. But bare minimum is 2x bedrooms. Also - Unit 2 has more significant rot in her windowframes and though is less motivated than us, has mentioned if it is economical to attend 2 sites at the same time, she may be amenable to having her windows looked at too.
