Wire and install electric oven

We currently have an inbuilt gas oven and gas hob running off LPG. The hob we are happy with but we want to install an electric inbuilt oven which we will purchase. We need to have the gas oven removed. Then a new electrical wiring line for the oven to be installed. As the gas oven only has a normal plug for the ignition system. Normal certification papers to be provided
