Gas fireplace removal #2

Completely disconnect & remove gas fireplace. I think it is connected by a small pile in the floor, but electrical has already been disconnected from my understanding. There is a small hole in wall behind, which we would want closed up, as well as the little hole in the floor where the pipe comes out of. Want to re-tile (or just fill in the missing tile) in the wall behind - but happy to list that separately once done if tiling is not your thing. Ideally wanting done as soon as possible, before the end of November.
