Hi, I have an AWARD freestanding gas hob in Tawa that needs attention.
The issue: 2 out of 4 burners are not igniting. It is approximately 18 years old, and the model number is unknown.
What I need:
Initial Assessment: I would like a tradesman to come and check if it’s a simple fix.
On-the-spot Repair: If it can be fixed easily without replacement parts, please go ahead and repair it during the visit.
Quote for Further Work: If parts are required or if the unit needs a full replacement, please provide a quote for the parts/new unit and installation.
