Gas stove and kitchen sink installation

Hi there, I'm upgrading my kitchen and would like to replace the electric stove I have right now with a gas stove. The property is not connected to gas but the 9L gas bottles and a double regulator should be enough for cooking. I'm having the cabinets removed so there should be easy access for running the gas pipe along the wall. I would also like the kitchen sink to be disconnected before the old cabinets are removed, and then connected again when installing the stove, a day or 2 after the benchtop is installed.
