Gas cooktop installation.

I have a 15 year old kitchen with Parmco 60cm electric cooktop. I want to replace the cooktop with a Haier Gas cooktop of the same dimension. I believe the cutout is the same, or within a few millimetres. Benchtop is in good condition, oven below it is easy to remove for access, just slides out - you're not changing oven though - that stays (it's electric too). The new cooktop will need to run off a gas bottle. The cooktop is on an external wall and the bottle can be sited on the other side of that wall, outside. (so less than a metre away). There is a concrete pad outside (footpath at back of house), semi sheltered. Will run off a 9kg bottle. I can supply the bottle and cooktop.
