Have purchased an LPG califont that I need installed, also install outlet for LPG stove, and disconnection of HWC. The house is on piles so access under house is very easy (8ft off ground), existing kitchen pipework about 1 to 2m from where califont will be and outlet for stove about 1m above where it will be.
