gas oven fitting

hi, i have a gas cooktop oven i would like to get gasfitted through the wall and into a gas bottle outside, i will need the proper regulater and not sure what else i need to get it fitted and signed off.i also need it installed electrically, but i dont tink you guys do that too?just a quote at this stage please? king regards..... matt
