Custom TV, Fireplace and Jonery Build

We’re looking for a builder or joiner to create a budget-conscious custom TV and electric fireplace unit in our living room. The build must be surface-mounted or freestanding, as only the current TV wall can be built on and the adjacent wall cannot be recessed due to a bathroom behind it. Scope includes, installing a linear electric fireplace, mounting the TV, adding simple shelving and base storage, and concealing cables where possible. No structural work required. Open to practical design suggestions that achieve a clean, modern look while keeping costs reasonable.
