Remove gas fire and gas heater and install roof flashing
Job description
Remove (1) gas fire place (2) flue, and (3) gas wall heater, and take these away. Cap off gas supply for these two appliances at appropriate point. Install roof flashing to cover hole in roof left by removal of gas flue. The house is single storey split-level and has a wooden floor on plies for easy access to the gas pipework under the house. Photos of the two gas appliances, flue and existing roof flashing around the flue are attached.

We would highly recommend Miles. He maintained very good communication with us, even when he was delayed by circumstances beyond his control due to suppliers not providing him with the parts he needed on time. I think this was just a reflection of the many challenges for tradespeople at the moment with supply chains. The job was completed professionally and to a high standard.
