No hot water to property - gas infinity system

We have a gas infinity system installed a year ago. No hot water to entire property. We thought the issue was no gas in lpg bottles, these were replaced still no hot water. When we run the taps the system is not making any noise so we think it's a fuse issue with no power connected to the system. Not sure that's why we need someone to check it out. Also need person to check the valves where the bottles are as we are having issues with it auto switching to alternate lpg tank when one is empty. Need someone today. Looking at most cost efficient. This has happened before almost a year ago (hence why we got a new system) and we think its related to the cold weather snap? Would appreciate someone explaining this to us and how we can prevent it happening in future.
