Fireplace stone surround and wooden mantlepiece

We are building a new house in Aotea and are looking to have a fireplace with a fireplace surround design like the image posted. The fireplace would be installed by the builder. I need your help to create a mantlepeice and fireplace surround which looks like the image posted. Currently, the sitiation of the build looks like this (refer to the image). The dimensions are referred to the in the 3rd image. I need your help to (a)source stones/material for this job (b) source the wooden beam (c) coordinate with the builder and install this roughly around the same time the builder/gas fitter installs the fireplace. This piece of work needs to be completed by mid December this year. Please bid for this job only if you have done similar jobs in the past and and ready to showcase them to me before undertaking the job.
