Remove gas heater

We need a gas heater removed including the exterior duct (see pics). Would like the following: 1. Gas heater, lines and exterior duct uninstalled and removed. 2. Gas lines sealed and made safe. 3. Any holes in walls (interior and exterior) left over from where the heater was installed, repaired. Ideally completed in the next 7 days (14 days max).
