Install Continuous Flow WH and NG connection in Kitchen for stove/oven

Hi there, I'm entitled to get free Rinnai Infinity from The GasHub. I'd like to know who much it'll cost me : Breakdown cost for each below step >Remove existing gas meter and install new one. >Install Infinity and connect to existing hot and cold water supplies and gas pipe work to near gas meter (Including material e.g copper pipes etc). >Install Infinity and connect to existing hot and cold water supplies and gas pipe work to near gas meter (with out material). >Remove Old HWC and dispose >NG connection in kitchen for stove/oven (Just connection so i can use in future) >Test, commission and provide Compliance Certificate Gas fitter has to call the gas hub if i accept the quote.
