External LPG Gas pipe to gas hob - pretty urgent, need it done before 19th Feb!

Hello! I need a gas pipe fitted from where my new gas will eventually be to an external gas regulator. Originally the 9Kg LPG bottle was stored in a cupboard in the kitchen but apparently that isn't safe. There is already a vent in the wall so the pipe can easily be routed outside to a small LPG bottle. We only use gas for the hob. Sorry, I have only just been told about this and the kitten is being fitted on Tuesday 19th Feb so need it done before then!
