Repair Vulcan Freeloader 260 Gas Hot Water Cylinder
Job description
Hello, we need someone to fix our Vulcan Freeloader 260 Gas Hot Water Cylinder. Since 5 weeks ago, we only had warm water, not hot. Yesterday, I tried to twist the knob (see the last image) from warm to hot - we had hot water for one day then the pilot light stopped working at night. Now we do not have hot / warm water. I have a “Vulcan Freeloader 260 Gas" water heater (outdoor unit). All the details have been attached. I would like someone to come and have a look please.

I would 100% recommend Gasboy Plumbing. I was clueless who to call and trust because I knew nothing about hot water cylinder. I posted the job here and asked three plumbers to inspect. The Gasboy is the most patient, responsive, professional, and friendly. I encourage everyone...don’t waste your time, start with Max, aka the Gasboy. Also, I am trying to replace some Dux Quest pipes in another house, Max has provided me very useful suggestions. He is a friend you can fully trust.
