Delonghi Gas stove issue

A 90cm gas stove do not appear to have gas coming out. There is sparking but do not have gas to light up fire. This happen after we baked a cake. It happened once before about 1 week ago as well but the stove seems to come back alife after 2nd days. But this time, since Friday(3days now), it has not manage to release the gas. We suspect it is the regulator.
