Need old gas oven pulled out and taken away (hobs work but oven doesn't get past 125 C so possibly repairable) replace with new smeg 900 x 600 x 900 gas oven (which is sitting in the kitchen ready) installed by a qualified certified and licenced gas fitter who can supply certificate of compliance - Devonport location
