Need your help for recommendation for Indoor fireplace with chimney /flue

We currently exploring the indoor fireplace options for our home. We have allowed cavity and chimney (proposed to use schist material ) . We have narrow down to two models but unsure of which one is more economical and is highly recommended for maintenance and service etc Escea DF990 Gas , this uses Vertical Powered Flue kit - no Vents required while Gazco Reflex105 uses Balanced Flue vertical kit with recommends 4 vents. Can someone please advise which one is most efficient and value for cost , Do we need separate vent system as proposed by Reflex? We appreciate our specialist recommendation and thank you in advance
