Install Rinnai Infinity A26 and remove the old cylinder

Hi, Attached are the photos of current hot water cylinder which does not work. We want to install The Rinnai Infinity A26 and remove the current cylinder. This must include Gas certification Removal of old cylinder Warranty of Rinnai Infinity A26 Parts and labor warranty, if any Also, it's a plaster property so we would like all the holes made in the wall, sealed well around it. Please advise when this can be done at the earliest and cost associated for the whole project? Thanks
