Gas - hot water system install and removal/reposition of old one

After some quotes to either move existing gas heater system or replace and remove old one. Also would like the bathroom at the other end of house connected to gas which is on electric, which comes down to budget. The gas flue goes through the roof so that would need to be capped off as well.
