we have a double sided gas fireplace set into wall in lounge at our bach - it will no longer start, just dead, have referred to trouble shooting in booklet and have spoken to people that we purchased off (might add not helpful) and also the coloured lights not working either, the fireplace is about 3 years old. hoping someone can help us. cheers Nicky PS Heat n Glow RED40 fire - i will try and find some photos
