Disconnect a gas hob

We need to disconnect a gas hob and remove gas pipe. Gas bottles feed the water heating unit and the gas hob, but we wand to remove the gas hob and the pipes leading to it. No change to water heating unit. Pipe is mostly routed outside the back of a sleepout, so easily accessible. One photo shows gas pipe split, one going left needs to be disconnected and plugged. The other photo shows the free standing oven it connects to on the inside.
