Gas testing certificate for residential home

For our final building consent ( the CCC requires this since the house was built 10 years ago and was missing some paperwork) we need a gas fitter to do this; "New gas testing cert - has not been provided to council - a new test can be completed in retrospect by another registered gas worker" The house is 2 story in Westmorland, CHC, with gas water heating, 1 gas fire, 1 gas oven and 1 bath controller, 1 shower controller. 2 outside bottles. Please provide hourly cost (with approx hours estimate) or fixed price if possible. Short notice, but availability Friday afternoon, or next week, would be perfect if that was possible, if not we can look at options.
