My house is forty plus years old - one of the first built by Fraemohs. The water is heated by electricity and is stored in a cylinder in the bathroom on the second floor. We have recently had an internal corner spa bath installed in the downstairs bathroom and cannot fill it fast enough to even start using it with a decent temperature - also it empties the hot water cylinder. In addition, the shower in the second floor bathroom struggles to deliver hot water at any pressure. I m assuming that a gas powered continuous flow system is the best solution
