Replace Gas Cooktop

We are looking for someone to replace our Gas cooktop. Current Cooktop is 600mm wide, and the replacement is 900mm wide so 300mm of benchtop will also need to be cut. Benchtop material is Wooden/Laminate. We have already got the new stove available to be installed. We are also looking for someone to replace our rangehood, so would be keen to get seperate quotes for Rangehood replacement if you can do that too. However stove replacement is the priority. Ideally we would like to get this completed this week so can you please provide a quote and availability? Thanks
