Gas fitting for Gas cooktop

I have recently bought a house and want to have Gas Cooktop for my cooking. Currently the property has electric induction cooktop. The kitchen is next to the Deck so the gas cylinder can be placed there or underneath the Deck. I would also like to get a Rangehood (canopy/classic) installed. There is already a undermount rangehood to be removed. I need a separate quote for rangehood work.
