Continuous Hot Water and Gas heating system

We have a Gas hot water cylinder and a separate gas central heating system (Raypak). We would like to change this to a combo until to supply continuous hot water and central heating using the existing radiators. The existing Flue will have to be removed and an additional radiator heater at the basement has to be installed. I need someone who can supply and install a combo unit for continuous hot water and heating system.
