We needed a gas hob to be exchanged - like for like. Max was quick to respond, respectful of staying in touch and more importantly his follow up was exceptional. Max also assisted via phone after the job was done a further enquiry so his attention for providing an exceptional customer experience could not be faulted. The job, although it came in around $40 more expensive was worth the quality of work and hassle free experience. Highly recommended.
